This allows us to provide the same depth and level of service as the main dealer no matter what model you own and at a much more reasonable rate too.

Fault Finding At Your Door Or Come To Our Workshop – You Decide
We are able to provide the same depth of diagnostic service to you from our mobile service van as we can at our specialist workshop. Our Mobile Technician has access to exactly the same equipment as our workshop staff and K Motors use a connected management system to ensure every technician has live information on their tablet.

Our Diagnostic Process
When you book our diagnostic services, you are scheduling in a 1 hour appointment. One of our skilled technicians will establish the facts with you and proceed to investigate the issue. After diagnostics are complete our technician will contact you and provide a report, if any further work is required to resolve the issue, our technician will also provide you with a comprehensive estimate.
Our diagnostics service starts at £68 PLUS VAT, if you are using our Mobile Technician service, there will also be a £30 call out charge.
