Making a booking based On quote provided

  • If you would like to book a service after receiving and accepting your estimation, you can book your selected service online by selecting your exact model in our servicing menu. You can describe any extras that aren’t listed in the Notes box at the end of the booking form. An E-mail confirmation will be sent to you immediately.

  • If you need to book a repair after receiving and accepting your estimation, you can use our online booking system to select a repair and finalise your booking. Again, you can specify any extras in the notes on the booking form or over the phone when we call you.

  • Within 24 hours, our expert service advisor will phone you to confirm the details of your booking.
  • Based on your vehicle’s registration and mileage, they will advise you of any extra service items recommended by the manufacturer.

  • Servicing or repair will be completed as per your instructions and we will call you if any further problems are found. A no-obligation estimate will be given if further work is advised.

  • We can take payment over the phone or on-site.

Notes and Add-ons for our quotation service

  • Our pricing is INCLUSIVE OF VAT.

  • Please note that fixed prices for the most common extra service tasks performed are available on the servicing pages for your model.

  • If you require a service and live in the Leyland area, please consider our Mobile Technician service. One of our highly skilled technicians can come to your home or work address on the date arranged and confirmed over the phone. Our Mobile Technician would require a space approximately 6 metres long by 9 metres wide in order to work with our van next to your vehicle.

  • For vehicles still under warranty, we strongly recommend the use of genuine JLR parts (+£50), but OEM parts will meet manufacturer warranty requirements.
  • A courtesy car can be arranged through our partner Hertz starting at £37+VAT per day including insurance.
