Booking a Service
Book your scheduled service online by selecting your model from the grid above. You can describe any extras that aren’t listed in the Notes box at the end of the booking form. An E-mail confirmation will be sent to you immediately.
Within 24 hours, our expert service advisor will phone you to confirm the details of your booking. Please make sure to include the easiest contact number to reach you on in the booking form.
Based on your Land Rover’s registration and mileage, they will advise you of any extra service items recommended by the manufacturer.
If you have requested our mobile technician service, one of our highly skilled technicians will arrive at your designated address on the date arranged and confirmed over the phone. Our mobile technician will require a space approximately 6 metres long by 9 metres wide in order to work with our van next to the vehicle.
Servicing or repair will be completed as per your instructions and we will call you if any problems are found. A no-obligation estimate will be given if further work is advised.
We can take payment over the phone or on-site.
Notes and Add-ons
The prices listed in our booking system are INCLUSIVE OF VAT and include all work at the basic service level shown, where extra work is required at certain service intervals such as a cam belt replacement, ACE filter replacement, air conditioning refills, brake fluid replacement, spark plug replacement etc., this will be estimated at the time of booking.
Please note that fixed prices for the most common extra service tasks performed are available on the servicing pages for your model.
Your vehicle will be serviced by a time-served, dedicated technician using our own comprehensive service schedules and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty if applicable. We will use OEM Original Equipment parts and Synthetic or Semi-Synthetic oil as specified by JLR.
For vehicles still under warranty, we strongly recommend the use of genuine Land Rover parts (+£50) but OEM parts will meet manufacturer warranty requirements.
A courtesy car can be arranged through our partner Hertz starting at £37+VAT per day including insurance.
